I didn’t get the unit I booked, and there were cockroaches on the counters and in the cabinets. Management barely replied, if they replied at all. A terrible experience, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The unit looks nothing like the photos. Mine overlooks a parking lot, the TV won’t work, and although the place is fairly new, the finish is cheap. There’s a huge water stain over the bed. I found just one wine glass, no corkscrew, no ice cube trays, and a broken ice maker. I’m very dissatisfied. Getting into the complex was a nightmare. I wasn’t given the unit details until the day I was due to arrive, and I spent the whole day at a nice resort trying to get my information entered. The website didn’t explain what was wrong, so I had to submit everything again and again. The attendant who replied was no help and sent me to Booking com chat and WhatsApp, but I still couldn’t get through. After six to ten attempts over about half an hour, it finally seemed like my passport photos had gone through. The site admin never confirmed that the information was okay. When I reached the gate by taxi, I still had no verified room number and spent 20 minutes there sorting things out. Fix the entry website and give people prompts when something is wrong with their submission! I have a hyphenated last name and live in a hyphenated area. Why can’t a prompt just say to remove the hyphen? What a waste of time.

Feels like home away from home.

The apartments are roomy and comfortable, and the huge pool is lovely for a relaxing day. The downside is that there’s no pool heating, so the water gets cold in the afternoon and on cloudy days.
