Magic Paradise C4 3 Bedroom Condo

We stayed in a two-bedroom condo in this older building for eight weeks and would rent here again. It's only a block from the beach, and our rental included beach chairs. We were across from a 711, handy for water and drinks, though OXXO by the beach was cheaper for drinks. The location is hard to beat and it's fairly quiet, with no late-night parties that we heard, even though some rentals are short term. The concierge was friendly and the little pool was nice. Fifth avenue and its noise are two blocks away; Chedraui is about five blocks away, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

We rented apartment #A3 through Airbnb and had an awful experience. The listing photos looked great, but the place was nothing like them. It smelled bad and was dirty, with mold everywhere and filthy towels. One bathroom had no toilet seat, another had dripping water, and there was no Wifi. The dining table top was cracked and unusable, and the patio door had no handles, so good luck opening it. The patio chairs were torn and broken. We contacted the host, Domenico, and he offered to fix everything in a couple of hours, which was a joke. He basically scammed us. Worst experience of my life. Save your money and health and rent somewhere else.

Don't come here for gas. The attendants try to cheat you, switching the 500 you hand over for a 50 and then claiming you owe more. They distract you by closing the gas door while the cap is hanging out. Check your change too, they try to cheat you there as well. What a bunch of crooks.

I had an amazing time with my family, and the location was super convenient, close to everything. The place could use some repairs, though. There are water leaks and it needs a makeover.
