Malish Hotel & Spa Luxury Edition

Isa was the biggest highlight of my stay. She booked my Chichén Itzá tour, helped me out after I got locked out late at night, and gave me fantastic tips for local snacks at Walmart. Housekeeping also followed my instructions every day, thanks, Mary. Malish is one of the cutest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are large and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, good blackout blinds, and AC that handles the heat and humidity well. The courtyard decor is lovely, and it was nice to relax by the pool. The music at night and construction next door weren't an issue. Breakfast is simple but enough, with juice, coffee, bananas, and pastries. Spa services are available, and everything Playa del Carmen offers is within a ten-minute walk. This small hotel really makes you feel valued and goes above and beyond. I'd stay again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The day before I arrived, they got in touch to confirm my check-in time, which I appreciated. The price at Malish hotel was what first caught my eye online, and the rooms are lovely and clean. I travel to playa for work once a month and had switched away from another hotel after its service declined. The staff here are wonderful, and they make me feel spoiled every time. Highly recommend it. Thanks to the whole team.

Breakfast was good, with juice, coffee, fresh fruit and pastries, though there wasn't much to choose from. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was cold, and there were lots of little mosquitoes around the property. Construction next door is ongoing and can get quite noisy, which bothered me a bit.
