Sergio at the front desk was especially welcoming and suggested some fantastic places to eat. His kind, helpful service made our stay much easier. We felt safe with the front desk staffed and watching over things 24/7, and there were lovely amenities, including Pancho, a very sweet cat. My friends and I stayed here for our whole trip to Playa Del Carmen and had an amazing time. Great location, highly recommend it.

I recently had an amazing Airbnb stay here, and the staff deserve a shoutout for being so friendly and accommodating. Sergio especially was a genuinely kind guy, full of useful local information, with perfect English. He’s got a heart of gold. If you visit, I hope you enjoy yourself as much as I did.

My friends had rented here for months, and when they went to Tulum they said I could still come by, use the pool, and relax. Staff had seen me many times before, but this time they asked me to leave. I thought that was rude, especially since my friends were paying to live there and the rooftop wasn’t busy or full. At first I liked the place because it had good amenities and helpful staff. I had visited to hang out with my friends or use the pool, and knew the building entry code.

We had a good experience during our long stay. The place was clean, well located, and the front desk staff were very good. Even though it’s by a main road, mornings and nights weren’t loud. The only downside was losing power for almost two days, which meant we had to move out temporarily.
