We had a really nice apartment in a well-located building, but our balcony faced the street, directly across from an Asian restaurant. It played extremely loud music day and night, at any time, and the owner was incredibly rude and unpleasant. Such a shame, because it took away from the quality of our stay at Menesse Midtown 256.

The studio was practical and had exactly what we needed for a holiday. It's a gorgeous new building, and the pool has an amazing ocean view. The location is perfect too, with an easy walk to the beach or Quinta avenida. Loved it, and we'll be back soon!

I've stayed in plenty of "Luxury buildings in Playa ", and this is the worst, period. The door staff have disgusting attitudes and don't even say hello when you enter the lobby. For a supposedly secure building, they're often away from the front desk and give visitors a hard time. There's also an ant infestation. I was going to buy a condo across the street from the developer who built this building. After seeing so much of their workmanship and how their employees behave, I'll take my money somewhere else.

Close to the beach, 5th Ave., the Cozumel port, Walmart, and restaurants, the location is great. I love the ocean-view pool and would stay here again.
