The beach is just around the corner, about a one-minute walk from Villas Adela. The rooms are on the small side, though that's normal for this area, and ours was very clean. Since the hotel sits behind La Casota restaurant on the main Quinta Avenida, you don't hear the loud street noise at night. That's a nice change from other hotels around here. A small hotel and great value overall.
The restaurant stood out for me, with some of the best Mexican food in the city. Villas Adela is right on 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent too.
The waiters were great, and the captain paid close attention to us. Really excellent service.
