I ended up extending my stay at Playa Nah because I liked it so much. It works well for longer visits: the small kitchen is basically equipped, and the mini fridge is a bit bigger than most hotel fridges, with a freezer compartment. There’s a laundry place half a block away, plus two large grocery stores, a Walmart, and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Management’s messages were prompt and clear, and Eli does a great job keeping the property clean. The WiFi and A/C are both great, so it’s a good fit for remote work. Just be aware there’s no elevator: rooms are on the first three floors, and the rooftop balcony is on the fourth. For the best price, I’d recommend contacting them directly. The rooftop jacuzzi’s cold water was amazing, and the staff were excellent and really nice to talk with. We loved staying here. It’s a humble, affordable place.

It’s a decent place, but at 4 by 4 meters it’s too small for a family, though fine for a couple. The price gets too high after December 28. We rented for three nights before then and wanted three more, but they told us on December 29 it would be $110 US dollars per day 😵
