The Mexican-style decor and excellent value for the price stood out. The apartment was clean, well equipped with comforts, and in a great location. The Italian guys who manage it were fantastic, always around with advice about the area. Highly recommended for a Playa del Carmen vacation.

A good option for being near 5th Avenue without paying too much or dealing with the busy scene. The room was spotless and the beach was easy to reach. Just be aware it's an apartment in a building, despite being advertised as a hotel, and breakfast and bed service are only available in peak season.

Right on Quinta Avenida, but still quiet, comfortable, and very clean. It's nicely furnished, and the two Italian managers are really kind and ready to help with directions for tours and visits. I'd recommend it to couples and families, especially with the sea just 100 meters away.

It's handy for the beach and right on Fifth Avenue, but the room wasn't comfortable for a couple. The bathroom is outside the room, so going back and forth is a hassle. There wasn't enough hot water, either, and the place had a musty smell.

The hosts were helpful and attentive. The place was very clean, in an excellent location, and had a kitchen available for cooking.
