I booked a week through Bookings, but the location wasn’t as indicated. The bathroom smelled of rancid sewer, and it got worse until the stench had spread through the whole room by the third night. It was so awful I couldn’t sleep, so I moved to another hotel the next morning. The internet was too weak, and I had to postpone an important meeting. I asked for a partial refund, but they offered another room. Sorry, I couldn’t imagine spending one more night there.

Disgusting place. It smelled bad, felt dated, and was inconsistent. The listed “amenities” were missing, and there was hair everywhere. The woman at reception was sweet, but the place made me feel sick. Old beds, awful pillows, just bad all around. I moved rooms twice and still couldn’t stay. They won’t refund me or contact me about what happened. The entrance is hidden off the street, and I doubt they even have permits to operate.

For what they charge, this is a nice place. Our double room had two comfortable full-size beds, A.C., and a private bathroom with hot water, towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. There’s also a little pool inside. Parking is limited to a few street spaces right by the entrance, since there’s no hotel lot. The disappointing part was the free massage they mentioned when we booked two nights or more. When we asked after arriving, reception said it wasn’t available because of Covid-19. Offering it during the pandemic gave me the wrong expectation.

I wouldn’t stay here again. I paid for a month but wanted to leave early, and they wouldn’t refund me. There was no Wi-Fi, the fridge and TV didn’t work, and the A.C. was loud at night. Alexander, the manager, was rude and unprofessional, though the rest of the staff were kind and accommodating. I also felt uneasy after my friend was assaulted in her room. She believes someone at the desk gave out her room information in exchange for pesos. It didn’t feel safe for children, women on their own, or anyone.
