We spent three months here as digital nomads, and always felt completely safe. We were fine leaving our things behind when we went home to Colorado once a month for doctor appointments. The apartments are large compared with city places back home, and the A/C works great. It was always clean, and we regularly saw maintenance and cleaning staff looking after the property. It’s mostly quiet, though some neighbors are noisier than others. A polite conversation with them should sort it out. Lavenderia Emili across the street did a wonderful job with our laundry. A few downsides for us: after a heavy rain, the power and internet sometimes went out for up to five hours, the pool is absolutely freezing, and you have to go all the way downstairs to let in a delivery or a guest. We were very happy here and would come back.

I spent a lot on this vacation and it was a horrible experience. The water in the showers smelled awful, and you could hear people walking upstairs. I went the first week in December. The washer ruined my husband’s underwear, T-shirts, and the sheets. When I spoke to the administration, the lady on the phone was very rude. She had a really heavy accent. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I loved staying in these great apartments for a few months. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
