Le Reve by MIJ Beachfront Hotel

We’d happily return for another quiet, peaceful vacation. This adults only boutique resort is small, right on the beach, and has lovely, clean, comfortable rooms. The second floor rooms have great ocean views, and beach service and waiters were great, bringing us almost anything we asked for. Service and staff were incredible, and the on-site restaurant had good food and service. You can also use the large sister family resort, where the Italian and Thai restaurants were fantastic.

We spent five days at The Beachfront by The Fives Hotels in March 2026, and the stay felt intimate, relaxing, and just right for a couple’s getaway. We were impressed by the service throughout, and it was clear the team cared about the details. Having access to The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences added even more options, with its restaurants, pools, and other facilities nearby while we still had the boutique hotel’s quieter feel. Santa Sirena was my favorite restaurant, and Aguamala Bar made my favorite Hendrick’s gin with mango. So good. Thank you to Elizabeth Huitrón, the General Manager, for all the attentions during our stay, and to Mr. Mercado at the restaurant for making us feel so well looked after. That personal touch made a real difference. Beautiful place, great food and drinks, and we’d absolutely come back.

The spa was a lovely place to unwind, and we had so much fun with the activities. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food and drinks were incredible, too. Every detail at The Beachfront by The Fives Hotels exceeded our expectations, from the service to the stay itself. We’re grateful for the memories and can’t wait to return.

The people and service made our week here especially good. Luis, our resort ambassador, and Ricardo, our breakfast and lunch waiter, were standouts. We loved the room, found the food very impressive, and enjoyed every minute of the vacation. I’d recommend this resort and would love to return.
