The building was noisy, with a loud park next door and neighbors partying or letting their dogs bark. Bikes were often left around the entrance and sometimes right in front of windows, so there wasn't much open space. Maintenance was poor: even fixing a broken door took a week, and there was mold in my room, the AC, and the microwave. They changed the contract terms on a whim and pressured me over my deposit when I wouldn't accept discriminatory practices. Three months later, I still haven't received the deposit. Stay somewhere else.

I was charged a high electricity bill because they split the CFE bill with another room. The area was noisy, and there were dogs in the building. Management didn't follow through on what they promised when I moved in and broke their own lease rules, then argued about returning the deposit. The person they call a “Broker” seemed more like a sales agent and wasn't helpful at all. Avoid this place!

The beach and a couple of restaurants with great food are within walking distance, and most other places are just around the corner. Wallmart is a bus ride away. The place felt private and secure.

The staff were wonderful, really friendly and helpful. It's a super cute place right in the center of playa del Carmen, though the bed is very small.

My rooftop unit was spacious and very clean. Nice place.
