Studio 30 Condhotel by Nah Hotels Apart-Hotel

The hotel was fine, clean, and quiet. We expected the room with 3 beds to be tight, and it was. Walmart is very close, which is handy. We arrived at 2am, but I'd forgotten to remind the staff that we would be late. We had to knock and call several times before waking the person in charge, though that wasn't his fault. If you're coming in late, remind them the day before so they can wait for you.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and their English was fairly good. The rooms were okay, although the shower pressure wasn't great. I was disappointed there was no kettle, but I could use the coffee maker to boil water. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a pretty good restaurant nearby. Walmart is also close and has just about everything.

Every employee gave us top-notch hospitality, and they were super accommodating. When a taxi left with my room key, someone even came out to help me get a spare at 2am. The location is convenient, the internet and amenities are good, and the balcony is perfect. 10/10, would recommend.

Antonio was especially helpful, even arranging another room for us at the Koox Hotel on 5thavenue. That room was clean and very close to the beach. At the first hotel, the street traffic and noise were so loud that we needed to move. We had been promised a garden view but our room looked out over the street. The hotel itself was very clean, and the restaurant served very good food, though it only opened at 6:00 and played loud music. A refund of some kind would help a lot. Thank you very much.
