We stayed in the rooftop condo, which has its own private infinity pool as well as access to the main pool. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect. As a family on our first adventure in Mexico, we felt very safe.

Rented a condo here for a week in February. The building is nice and the location is great. It can get noisy, and you can notice some smoking in the building. The rooftop pool and bar are great.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s close to the beach, coffee, and restaurants. WiFi was stable enough for Zoom, and there’s a good gym and rooftop pool.

We’re still here and already planning to return. The pool area is spotless and always ready to use, and the building feels clean and safe. It’s on the quieter side of 5th Avenue, just a few blocks from the beach. Gaston has been wonderful, going above and beyond to find the information I need. The whole team has been friendly and accommodating. This is my first trip to Playa del Carmen, and their helpful service has made it amazing. Thank you ALL!
