The house was spotless and quiet, and we had it to ourselves for the first two nights. We also made good use of the lovely shared garden and pool, which often felt like it was just for us. Alessandro was so warm and easy to reach, and helped make everything run smoothly. Since it's a private home without a 24-hour reception, you need to arrange entry to the gated community with him in advance. He even fit in our last-minute booking, then helped us add a third night when we decided to stay longer. The area felt very safe and exclusive. For an en-suite bathroom, I'd suggest the slightly pricier Double Room with Two Double Beds or King Room with Spa Bath. Both are upstairs on the second floor, though.

We felt very welcome here and thought it was good value for the money. Check-in was simple, communication was great, and the owner was very helpful. The neighborhood felt safe, and we could walk to everything nearby. We can recommend staying here :)

The location worked really well for us: in a quiet, safe part of Playa, about a five-minute walk from the main area, with taxis easy to get from the doorstep. It's close to Lara&Luca and TX Gastro, and the private beach, golf course, and Mayan ruins are part of the neighborhood. We stayed in lots of places around Playa, but this villa became our favorite by far. We booked four nights and ended up staying two months. Inside, there's plenty of room, comfortable beds, good showers, and a kitchen stocked for making your own meals. The managers kept everything spotless and were friendly and easy to reach. We also liked the lounge with Netflix, the landscaped garden and large shared pool, which was nearly always empty, plus the barbecue. It felt like the kind of place you'd pay $200 a night for. Book a room here before it's taken and you're left paying more for somewhere less nice.

Really nice B&B with a quiet feel, just a two-minute walk from famous 5th Avenue. The room and bed were big, everything was clean, and breakfast was made just for us. There's an outdoor pool, and the owners were very nice, flexible, and helpful.

The owners and staff were really friendly, and the pool and lounging area were great. It's only a three-minute walk to the centre, but far enough away to get away from the busy nightlife.
