Emmanuel at the breakfast buffet made every morning special. From day one, he treated us like family, and his kindness and attention made us feel welcome, valued, and at home. Truly the world's greatest waiter. The chefs and staff also remembered our favorite fruits and had them ready for us. That personal touch meant a lot. Everyone was warm and kind, and the resort was spotless, with beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and outstanding service. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our stay at Villa del Palmar in Cancun, Mexico was amazing and unforgettable. We loved everything and can't wait to come back. Thank you for making us feel like family.

Cesar and Eduardo made breakfast something we looked forward to each morning. My grandparents are members and had last visited in 2019, but Cesar recognized them right away and welcomed us like old friends. He made sure we had our favorite drinks and kept the coffee hot. On his days off, Eduardo took care of us just as thoughtfully. They're both kind, and my family wishes them the very best. They are the ones in the photo, and my grandpa wanted a picture with them. Mario at the Mexican egg station consistently made us the best breakfast. I'll be thinking about his cooking for a long time. Alonso at the swing beach bar was funny and sweet, quick with service, and kept everyone laughing together. We came to Villa Del Palmar to celebrate my grandpa's birthday and had the best time. The resort is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, the food is incredible, and everything is always so clean. They serviced the room multiple times a day, keeping the fridge and snack bar stocked, and it was lovely to return from the pool to a clean, organized room. We've also stayed at the Villa Del Palmar resorts in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta. Their properties are beautiful, with exceptional service and delicious food. After this past week, we decided this resort will be our go-to for future visits. Thank you, Villa Del Palmar, for such a memorable stay.

Both rooms our group booked were suites, and they were absolutely beautiful, like small apartments with everything equipped, including a washer and dryer. My parents loved the place. The whole staff was pleasant, especially the person who checked us in, though I unfortunately forgot his name. It was a very pleasant stay, and we're so happy.

The view from the room was beautiful, and stepping onto the balcony to see the pools and ocean with a hammock waiting was incredible. I especially loved relaxing in that hammock at all hours, morning, afternoon, and night. The resort and its rooms and pools were very clean. At the breakfast buffet, Emanuel was the best waiter we had from day one. He noticed which fruits we liked and asked about them, then he and the chef made a special fruit display for us the next morning. They kept surprising us with beautiful displays every morning after that. Emanuel was attentive, made sure we were happy, and was very knowledgeable when we talked about him and learned about Mexico. It felt like real VIP treatment. My family and I had an amazing time at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun, Mexico. We stayed all-inclusive and enjoyed it, though it's not required for a great experience. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout. We'd recommend the resort and will definitely return.
