The restaurant was a letdown. They had almost nothing available, and each dish took more than half an hour. There’s no parking, either. We had to switch rooms twice. In the presidential suite, water flooded the room while I was showering, and when I stepped out, I nearly sank into the floor because a tile was loose. In the next room there was no hot water, and it was full of cockroaches. I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s the worst.

The beds are hard, and mine had a plastic mattress topper. There was no hot water, either. Something or someone got into our room and urinated on a piece of clothing. It smelled so bad that we had to throw it out. The staff didn’t seem friendly. It felt like they were only being polite because they had to, not because they wanted to, and guests can tell.
