It's economical and feels safe, with very good service. The upkeep of the facilities is poor, though, especially the preventive and corrective maintenance of the hydraulics.

The room had cobwebs everywhere, and there was dust and trash under the bed. The pillow was dirty, and the bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned either.
The biggest issue was the hot water. They have set times for it, but the water was only lukewarm to cold, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a bath or if the weather is cold. It was also very expensive compared with other hotels that offer better service, and we won't return. Our room had a strong musty smell as soon as we arrived. I opened the doors and windows to air it out, and then a thousand mosquitoes came in. We eventually found cigarette butts and spilled beer under the bed, which explained the smell. Our baby found them and nearly ate them. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. There were lots of squashed mosquitoes stuck to stains in the bathroom, along with hairs. The bathroom itself was very, very narrow, and the internet was poor. We tried to enjoy the cool afternoon on the small patio at the garden table, but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.
The location is accessible, the internet is thankfully fast, and the night attendant is very friendly. The bathroom is incredibly small, but it's fine for a night or two. It's affordable, clean, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.
A simple, budget-friendly hotel, so don't expect too much. It's clean and the bed is comfortable. They have Manolo coffee now, which is definitely a plus.
