City Express Suites by Marriott Puebla FINSA

Everything was great, though the towels were old.

The room was nice and large, but the bathroom was very small, and the heating in our room didn’t work. Being right beside the highway also meant traffic noise. The restaurant’s 4.4 rating set a higher expectation, but the pizza didn’t look like the menu pictures and was undercooked, so we had to send it back. The soup and salads were okay. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Mr. Abraham and Ms. Leticia at reception were efficient and professional, and gave me helpful recommendations for local attractions. Ms. Zyanya Martínez made the restaurant experience better with her excellent recommendations. The dining options were high quality, and I had some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had. The hotel was also conveniently located for exploring the city. I originally planned to spend four nights at Fiesta Inn and then move to another hotel, but the hospitality convinced me to stay 15 nights longer. Throughout the visit, the staff went out of their way to make things go smoothly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and professional. Mr. Ramon and Ms. Silvia made check-in seamless, and my room was impeccable, with lovely design details and a comfortable, peaceful feel. I had a fantastic stay and can’t recommend the hotel highly enough. I can’t wait to return.

The restaurant food was a letdown. The pizzas in the photos looked better than they were: barely warm, chewy, and topped with almost raw pepperoni. The pet fees were the highest I've ever seen. We also froze because there was no heat, and our room had no face cloth, just one hand towel, plus a single tiny water bottle for two people.
