We had plenty of parking, friendly staff, and fast check-in and check-out. Our rooms were very clean, and they brought the extra towels and pillows we asked for. The shower pressure was a little low but fine. A motor makes a loud noise every 60-90 seconds, which can be annoying when you’re trying to sleep. The pool was a bit dirty, though it looked like kids had been using it a lot, which is cool. There’s no gym, maybe a spa. The fountain outside makes nice background noise, and the hotel is small, so there aren’t too many people around. It has a quaint but modern feel, is near town, and Zacatlán is 20 minutes away. There’s a restaurant next door for breakfast, but it isn’t included. Great price. We stayed a couple of weekend nights.

The one thing that brought our stay down was the showerhead. It was clogged, and rinsing my hair took forever. Someone should check those details; I wonder how long it had been that way. Otherwise, the modern room worked well for my father and me, with a triple bed on the third floor. The hotel is outside the town center, beside a supermarket, easy to reach by car and away from the bustle. Parking is free.

They even did our laundry and helped with several other things we needed. My family was really happy with the hotel and restaurant, and everyone was friendly with reasonable prices. The service went above and beyond, and the food was the best in town. Thanks for being so kind and helping make our trip great!

The place was very clean, thank God. Our bathroom did leak a little at night, but it was minimal. We couldn’t figure out where it came from, and it happened on nights when we hadn’t showered. The rooms could use updated TVs and better Wi-Fi.

A beautiful hotel and a perfect option if you’re staying in Xicotepec. It has a pool, a small gym, and a temazcal. And if you go to the restaurant, try the Swiss enchiladas.
