The location makes it easy to get into town, with its fun shops and nice restaurants, and there are options for adventures on the water or on land. The staff were kind, and the restaurant served very nice food. The hotel looks amazing, almost like staying in an old castle, and the rooms fit that feel. The swimming pool is lovely and has an enchanting look. I'd absolutely recommend it!

The whole visit felt unfriendly, and we left feeling unwelcome. The restaurant food was disappointing too. When we went from the restaurant to smoke by the ashtrays, the manager told us we couldn't smoke there because we weren't hotel guests. He was very rude.

Omar was amazing, and the rest of the staff were efficient and friendly too. The place itself is breathtaking and really cozy.

I'd happily come back. The view is amazing, and the place has a bit of magic to it. Everything was clean and comfortable, though some of the furniture is a little old, which makes sense for an “old castle.” Service was good, but the Wi-Fi was a bit poor. It's within walking distance of everything, and I'd recommend it for couples or families. Can't wait to return 🫶🏻
