The location was excellent, and the hotel was clean throughout. The staff were attentive and friendly. I found it a comfortable, pleasant place to stay and would recommend it.

The shower water was lukewarm rather than hot, and there was no heater setting on the A/C or mini fridge in the room. I wasn't sure I'd recommend it, meh. The location and service, though, were great.

The mattress was comfortable, and having the hotel inside a shopping mall was a plus. The rest fell short of what I expected. Our king executive room turned out to be a double room with a balcony, without the extra room and table I'd expected. The bathroom was cramped and awkward, especially the sink area. The hallway carpets were very dirty, and the hotel felt outdated. Since it's across from a busy highway, traffic noise carried on all day and night. The welcome area could be friendlier too: staff didn't greet us, and there didn't seem to be a manager taking charge. I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

The staff were hospitable throughout our weekend. We especially appreciated Eduardo, the valet and bellman, who was kind and helpful. My partner and I had an amazing stay, and we're looking forward to coming back.

The location is really nice, but there wasn't a bath mat, and my child slipped and fell. We were in room 803 on the top floor, and the building's AC system made noise constantly, waking us up again and again. Tip: don't choose the top floor.
