We had sweeping views over Puebla and the mountain/volcano, plus a spacious room and a very large bathroom. For under 100 USD, I got what I thought were the best rooms, service, and food. I feel like I got really lucky. I can hardly believe it was real.

I went in not knowing the language well and needing help, and the staff went above and beyond. I saw several other people ask them for help with things unrelated to staying at the hotel, and staff took the time to sort out each problem. The manager even spent three hours driving me to Telcel and translating. When there was no one else around to help with my situation, he took it on himself to make sure I could use my phone while I was staying in Puebla. Thanks Danield!!!! 🙏 I was so impressed and grateful for how they treated me. I'd send people there knowing they'd be in good hands. The hotel is safe, friendly, clean, and modern, and the people who work there will stay in my heart forever.

The parking area is right by the property and feels extremely safe and protected. This is a good-value, pet-friendly place, and I usually stay here when I'm in Puebla because of the location and availability. The hotel food is very good too.

The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The parking is right in front of the hotel and enclosed rather than open, which made me feel safe. There's also a jogging highline in front of the hotel. The location was good.
