The staff were so, so sweet and helpful while we were there. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the location is close to everything. It was a great hostel, and I’d definitely stay again. Gracias!

Our room faced a busy street, and the noise was so bad we could barely sleep even with the windows shut. The whole room smelled moldy, and it barely got any fresh air. The bathroom smelled bad too, and the shower floor still had soap from the previous guest. The cushions were plastic on the inside. The location also felt a bit out of the way. Some of the streets were dark, so we had to take an Uber home. Honestly, I don’t understand the good ratings.

Good value for money, with very comfortable beds, great WiFi, a decent kitchen, and a nice terrace. The staff were friendly too. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre, but that didn’t bother me. Great hostel!

I tried both the private and shared rooms, and liked them both. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s perfectly located near Puebla’s historic centre. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely come back.
