We were walking Puebla's busy streets, full of candy and souvenirs, when we came across this cute boutique and stopped for breakfast. The café de olla was delicious, and the service was so nice, attentive, and charming. We hadn't realized the boutique was also a hotel. After asking to see the rooms, we thought they were much better than the place we'd already booked. It's near the center and within walking distance of lots of tourist attractions, so we'll definitely stay here on our next trip to Puebla.

The rooms were clean and nice, with everything we needed. It's in a perfect location.

The place itself is nice, but the service was slow, and the first waiter who served us had a bad attitude. Another man took over later. We were told the food we ordered would come out quickly, but the sandwiches took 20 minutes, and the other dishes were just as slow. We also asked about the rooms and found the selection very limited. For the price and quality, it isn't worth it.

Breakfast and the location were the only things we liked. We spent two days in the Suite with a balcony, but there was no cleaning service. We reported that and they made no effort to compensate us. There were no tissues or bath soap, and towels were changed only after we asked. Water also leaks easily from the bathtub, leaving the floor dangerously slippery when you step out. The price isn't cheap for the service provided. A disappointment.

The dessert was the standout, absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. There was just one waiter covering the whole restaurant, maybe because it was a holiday Monday. The food itself was decent, though short on flavor, and the appetizer was very dirty.
