The mattress was filthy, with springs sticking out, and there were bedbugs. The sheets were dirty too, and the bathroom was unclean, with no water and a shower that didn't work. The walls and ceiling were scratched from the start. I stayed friendly and tried to be pleasant, but the staff were still upset about things they thought were wrong with the room, even though we hadn't caused them.

The service was awful, and the receptionist wasn't friendly. They don't give you a room key, just a whole bunch of keys that you take upstairs to open the door, then have to carry back downstairs. There was no water for the toilet or shower, so they directed us to public restrooms nearby to wash. The sheets were torn, and there wasn't even a TV in the room. This hotel is horrible. Please don't stay here.

The facilities were neglected and nothing like the reception area or the online ads. There was constant annoying noise, dirty sheets, and a shower that didn't work. We were also missing towels, soap, and toilet paper. When we asked for them, the manager came up with absurd excuses for not providing anything.
