8/10
My grandmother and I walked out to the shops and the Historic Center, and got there quickly. It was incredible. I think Hotel Aristos is beautiful and well placed, with good service and a fair cost. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was my favorite part.

4/10
The price is reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for. The location is great, but the rooms are old and worn out, and the hotel badly needs remodeling. Reception was very slow, not very sharp, and seemed to have a chip on their shoulders.

10/10
The water pressure was excellent, and the room was big. I stayed with a friend at this comfortable hotel. It's in the center of Puebla, though it doesn't feel very traditional.

4/10
Despite the great location, the staff's attitude makes this hotel a no-go for me. The rooms are very dark, the service is lousy, and housekeeping needs a lot of improvement.

6/10
There’s no AC or fan, and the room gets little air through a small window. It’s dark inside too, with no ceiling lights.
