The rooms are good and breakfast is included. You can pick from three packages at the restaurant across the street, which shares the hotel's name and sits beside the free lagoon access. What we didn't like was feeling practically alone, with no one on duty. During our four days, nothing was cleaned, not even the hallways. I think every guest matters, even in the off-season. We saw the guy who helped us only once, and the security guard only once too. If anything had happened, we wouldn't have known how to get help. Someone should always be there. Small things like this really take away our desire to return. I hope they improve it.

The location is very good, just two blocks from the main square and the fort, with a nearby store and public lagoon access next door. The hotel itself doesn't have lagoon access. For the quality and price, it's a very good deal. The internet is terrible, with only about 5 MB, so you won't be able to get work done or check social media. The person looking after guests is away most of the time. If you need something, you have to message them, and they do come, but it takes about eight minutes.

It's a good price, with parking, good Wi-Fi, and cable TV, and it works well for relaxing. The place is more like a house, small but comfortable and clean, across from the Navieros restaurant, which has only a small sign with its name. The location is superb, just a few meters from the lagoon, restaurants, bars, and the fort.

At a very low price, you get a good place to stay with breakfast included. It's on the waterfront, just two blocks from Fort San Felipe Bacalar and Central Park.
