It was good value for money, and I’d book again. The room was clean and the location was great, but it’s at a busy intersection where Mexicans really like to honk. We heard plenty of street noise in the mornings and some music from nearby bars at night. The pillows were uncomfortable too.

The room was okay, and the price was great. The location was really good, though traffic noise means you may need earplugs. The restaurant is separate, but breakfast was good, and the hard-working girls there deserve 5 stars. Housekeeping and night reception were good too. The daytime older lady receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. Such a shame.

The reception staff were very nice, and the price was good for a decent night’s sleep. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the terrace was nice, though sparse on furniture. The hotel is in a very nice area of Puebla with plenty of amenities nearby. The shower head had a weak flow, something that could be fixed with a €100 pesos investment. If booking through Hostelworld, note that you CANNOT use the laundry facilities even though the listing says you can.

I liked how central it was, and I was glad I stayed here. The room was compact but clean and comfortable. For a budget hotel, the place was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant downstairs where I had a good coffee. You can park on the street out front, with paid lots nearby.
