The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. It was also roomy, with a shower that had great pressure. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

A terrible experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location made it easy to get to the center. I found the place easily, and despite having a room close to the avenue, I slept comfortably. The bathroom could use better ventilation, and the TV remotes need attention because they didn't work quite right. I'd stay again if I come back to Cholula.

I was there for work, but the reception area was an unpleasant surprise. The staff there were drinking and making a lot of noise. Their manners also seemed completely out of place for people working in customer service.

I was on vacation and really liked the hotel. The rooms had plenty of space, and everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. Everything went well.
