Gerardo Rincón at reception handled every detail of our stay. The hotel is amazing, with excellent service and a great location. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

We could walk to the main center and everything else nearby. The hotel is beautiful and rustic, and was impeccably clean. Reception was excellent, with follow-up over WhatsApp, and they provided a shuttle from the parking lot. The amenities were excellent too. It looks BEAUTIFUL at Christmas. Highly recommended.

Parking was included in the price, and they offer a shuttle from the lot to the hotel. Our room was clean, and they let us stay with our 3-year-old son. There wasn't an iron in the room, but the service was excellent otherwise. They also offer 10% off at the bar.

The room was spacious and clean, with good lighting, amenities, and a terrace. They give guests a wristband so staff can identify them. There's also a shuttle to and from the parking lot. An excellent place to stay.

The setting is beautiful, and the hotel looks very luxurious. Still, at €200 a night, I expected something more for the money. There's no gym, spa, or pool, so I don't think it's worth that price.
