The Wi-Fi and AC both worked really well, and the location was perfect. There's a big local market a block away, plus lots of tourist sites within walking distance. Our room was clean, with a big, comfortable bed, and the staff were kind and helpful with local tips about this awesome city. We felt very safe and weren't worried about anything. We were unsure at first when told there was no key, but the doors do lock, and the front desk always let us into the room with a smile. And yes, there is hot water now, so don't let those bad reviews put you off.

The hotel is right downtown, close to restaurants, transport, and tourist attractions, and I found the facilities clean and comfortable. I stayed for a few days and had a good experience, with no trouble getting some rest. The staff were always friendly, which I really appreciated. It's a practical, safe option if you want somewhere functional in a convenient location.
