Hotel Puerto Ángel

The rooms are roomy, clean, and affordable, with AC and fans. High ceilings too. There’s Wi-Fi, though I didn’t really need it because my phone had signal. Service was decent, and there’s parking, but the way out of the lot is steep and they’re strict about leaving. The hotel is far from the beaches, keep in mind there’s a steep slope down to them, though it’s at most about a five-minute walk.

A great spot to stay and enjoy the beaches around here. The TV signal isn’t very good, but it’s a highly recommended place to relax during your stay. Thanks!

The rooms are simple but comfortable, with AC, and the beach is very close. The staff are really friendly, and there’s plenty of parking. The mattresses seemed a bit old and weren’t very comfortable to me, so I checked other rooms to find more comfortable ones. Bathing water occasionally runs out. They provide bath soap and change the sheets and blankets every day.

It’s very close to the beach and wonderfully free of tourists, almost paradise if you’re after peace and quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is nice, and the staff were very friendly. I loved my stay and highly recommend it. The first time I came, the food was delicious. This time the hurricane had destroyed the kitchen, so I didn’t enjoy that service. I hope they remodel soon. The photo of the trees shows the view from the room. The main snag is the steep entrance to the parking lot. An 18-passenger van couldn’t get in, and the driver hit the next-door house’s awning. Neighbors park cars and motorcycles in front of the hotel, blocking access to the lot. If you’re driving, though, it’s all fine for the price.
