The rooms are dirty, with cockroaches, spiders, and dust. The internet is awful, though the pool is clean. I remember the place being really well cared for before, but when I stayed recently it was in very bad shape.

The staff were attentive and willing to help with problems, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There’s a large pool, plus a lounge area with sunbeds, tables, and hammocks. The hotel is nice but run down, and the rooms need cleaning and maintenance. They didn’t provide water, soap, or shampoo on the first night. Wi-Fi was very poor. There’s a shop and food court outside, and the beach is a 15-20 minute walk away. The main entrance to the avenue closes at 11 pm, but you can get into the hotel through the back street entrance next to reception.

The room was super nice, the AC was the best, and the mattress was really comfortable. The gardens were completely clean, and the service was very good. The pool has almost no chlorine. Truly the best hotel in Puerto Escondido 💕
