I really enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly and, best of all, bilingual. They welcomed us and spoke with us in English 😁👍🏾

The rooms are clean, but the cleaning staff were rude. Checkout is listed as 11:30 am, yet at 11:00 they were already shouting and banging on our door, telling us to leave because it was time. They should stick to the schedule they advertise. The location is also very far from the beach. I traveled with my family and we weren’t satisfied. Bad service, and I don’t recommend it.

We visited in peak season, December, and everything was excellent 🤩 Mrs. Ada was attentive the whole time, and we were pleasantly surprised she spoke English. It’s a great place, with the three B’s: good, beautiful, and cheap.

For the price, it’s a reasonable hotel if you’re only passing through. The customer service, though, left a lot to be desired. They set a checkout time and then don’t stick to it, and spoke to us in a rude, arrogant way, as if we were trying to live in the room.

The woman was lovely and friendly, and treated us like family. The view was nice, but there was no hot water or towels, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work well.
