The biggest thing to know is the parking situation. Because the street is steep and narrow, the parking is practically unusable. We had a Nissan Sentra and couldn’t fit. There were also ants and lizards, which seem common in the area, and some of the replacement towels were stained. We spent five days at Casa Zpada and had a wonderful time. The suite was spacious and very nice, with a spectacular view, two balconies, A/C, a fan, and a good TV. The room was cleaned daily, and they left coffee, which was a nice touch. The pool and solarium were great for relaxing, and the kitchen had the basics. It’s quiet, but having a car is best since it’s about ten minutes from Punta Zicatela. A really nice place to relax, with comfortable rooms and a great view.
