Casa Daikiri

I had a great stay and met some really nice people. The dorm was big enough, the beds had curtains, and there were lockers for small bags. I’d suggest using darker curtains. There was laundry service, and I think you could rent towels too. The price was great while I was there. I loved spending time in the open kitchen. It was well equipped, with closed boxes to store your food. The sunny open area and the terrace with a hammock were great places to hang out. The pool was clean and lovely for a dip in the evening or during the hottest part of the day. You’re in Zicatela, about ten minutes from the supermarket and five from the beach and many restaurants. From the main road, you can catch a shuttle or colectivo to the center one way or La Punta the other. I did find it strange that you have to pay something like a day pass after checking out if you still want to stay at the hostel, use the kitchen or pool, or leave your bag because your bus is late at night.
