I chose Kasa Koh after seeing its great Airbnb and Google reviews, and because the pool gets full sun. It was out of service for almost our whole stay. We were told someone would come fix it soon, but no alternative or accommodation was offered. The host was kind, though communication wasn’t always very good. I’m leaving four stars because I want to allow for the possibility that this was just an off week, but I won’t be coming back.

Diego was incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our stay. The place is peaceful, with shops nearby and the beach and surf spots just a short walk away. The pool area was great for relaxing, and I loved the outdoor shower there. The shower in the room wasn’t the best, but it didn’t bother me too much. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the cozy outdoor couch was a lovely spot to watch the stars. A great stay!

Such a beautiful place, and I loved staying here. It’s a bit of a walk to La Punta, but otherwise I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were attentive and always willing to help, and the beach is very close by. I’d happily return. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds, and the whole place has a really relaxing feel. The pool is available whenever you want, and the water temperature was just right. Excellent value for money.

The host deserves a special mention for being flexible about checkout and letting us enjoy our stay a little longer. Thanks so much, guys! Kasa Koh is a great choice for a few days in Puerto Escondido. The rooms are beautifully designed and have everything you need for a comfortable visit, and the pool area is lovely for relaxing and cooling off in the afternoon.
