I'm reviewing unit 7, the one "in the back." The listing description is misleading, and what it calls a "Terrace" is actually an unfinished rooftop. The outside "view," the construction noise, and the bathroom are shown in the photos and video clips I'm posting. The front apartments seem okay. The "laundry centre" is shared with staff for their daily washing, and guests can use it after 3:00 p.m. for a fee. You also have to pay for drinking water in your room.

The owners and staff are amazing, and we've stayed here three times. We'll be back. It's a well-run, seven-unit building with beautiful, spotless two-bedroom apartments, large patios, and a pool. The second and third floors have ocean views. Across the street is access to my favorite beach, Playa Coral, through Hotel Villa Mexicana for a small fee. The Wi-Fi is good too.

Katrin was such a friendly, welcoming host, and the apartments, pool, and garden were all lovely. The garden is a real gem. It's a peaceful place with a spacious balcony and a great view from the apartments. The location is great, with everything you need and two beautiful beaches nearby. Best place we stayed on our Mexico trip. Can recommend it 100%!

We spent a month in a third-floor apartment at las Turquezas and loved it. Waking up to the views of Playa Coral from our own hammock and terrace was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed, including an oven and washer/dryer, which aren't always easy to find in Puerto. The location worked well too. There are lots of restaurants in La Rinconada, an excellent bakery, and several nearby beaches for swimming: Carrizalillo, Manzanillo, and Coral. For sunset walks, Bacocho and Zicatela are reachable by car. The best part was the homey feeling and the hosts. Katrin, Lucano, and their lovely kids made us feel like family. It was great meeting you all. See you soon!

Very clean when we arrived, and just a minute from the beach. There's a pool and A/C too, making it a perfect place to stay.
