Alberto brings such a warm, upbeat energy to the bar and makes the best specialty drinks. Try the scorpion mezcal marg. Casa Kuaa is tucked away from the beaten path and has the amenities you need for a beachside break. It’s family friendly, with enough space for privacy, including an adult-only pool. The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was easy.

Braulio Chavez was a pleasure to talk to and knew the area really well. The location is hard to beat, right by the beach with beautiful ocean views and a restaurant and bar on the sand. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff made the stay feel thoughtful and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, the front desk team answered our questions, and the bartenders were fun, attentive, and made some of the best cocktails I’ve had while we watched the sunset by the water. I speak English and had no language barrier issues. It’s a lovely mix of relaxation, luxury, and warm hospitality, whether you’re visiting for a weekend or a longer trip. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

We had a peaceful stay away from the crowded, busy stretch of beach. Our favorite was the second-floor room, with its patio hammock and incredible beach view. Our family of seven, all adults including two college kids, had a wonderful time, and it was a perfect way to end 2025. Casa Kuaa had what we wanted: beach access, pools, a quiet and stylish setting, and restaurants and shops within walking distance. There’s also a good bar serving food and drinks.

The place is beautiful and well maintained, right by the sea, and the rooms were nice. Every staff member we met was kind and helpful. Still, for €330 a night over 12 days, we expected much better. There were lots of cockroaches, and the air conditioning units were so dirty that they made us sick. I raised the problems with the manager, Leticia, who verbally agreed to refund one night as compensation. That seemed fair, but she returned less than half of what we had paid for a night. The so-called family pool also always looked murky and clearly dirtier than the adults-only pool. The way this was handled, and the promise not being met, ruined our stay. I wouldn’t recommend it.
