Avoid Villas HK28 and Latam Vacation Rentals. Carlos Gallegos owns them and, in our case, did not return a 22000peso damage deposit. Our friends had also paid 60000peso for a rental that he cancelled, and that money wasn't returned either. After I began posting about Carlos, several other people came forward saying they were owed money too. Share this and avoid both companies.
