The rooms were really clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice bonus. It’s close to the main beach, too. Great service and a lovely place for a vacation. Highly recommend it!

The towel issue really soured my stay. I was there for three days, and they never replaced the bath towels. At checkout, they expected the hand towel I’d used to dry my hands to be clean, then charged me another $300 because it was dirty. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff experience was disappointing.

We had a great time and I’d happily come back soon. I liked the hotel, and the staff were very friendly. The power went out several times, though that’s understandable after the recent fire.

We were grateful that they let us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The location worked really well, with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach less than a 10-minute walk away. Our room had both air conditioning and a fan, and we enjoyed the pool and the service from the staff. We loved staying here and hope to return soon.

Punta del Este is close enough to walk to, and the rooms are super comfortable. Great location!
