The staff made this a great stay. Ricardo was friendly and helpful every day, and went out of his way to look after us. Alonso also helped us get the most out of our excursions. The wait staff were attentive and entertaining, and the entertainment staff were top notch. The hotel had great food and nice amenities, too. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter Riviera retreat.

Everyone I’ve met on staff has been so sweet and helpful, and they’ve made my stay wonderful. There’s a wide mix of activities and entertainment here. I’ve especially liked canvas painting, along with aqua fit, karaoke, and the foam party. Looking forward to trying more of what they offer.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the resort itself was nice and tidy. The staff were all very friendly. At Star Friends, James, Miguel, and Carlos were amazing. They remembered our names from day one and went out of their way to make sure we were having fun. They made the trip special, and I hope to see them again when we come back. Would definitely recommend.

Juan Pablo Solano made our honeymoon stay especially lovely. On our second day, the concierge came over, gave us a map of the hotel, and explained all the things we could do. He was one of the nicest people we met there. If we could give someone five stars, it would be him. Thank you so much, Juan Pablo.

The beach was amazing, and I had a blast. We also really liked the food and rooms, and the Bali beds were comfortable. Mario, the concierge, helped us settle in and made the stay feel relaxing and special.
