We always find the house sparkling clean when we arrive, and Omar is a wonderful, responsive property manager. The kitchen is well stocked, so we cook dinner at home each time, though it's just a quick drive into town for groceries, lunch, or shopping. The Sea of Cortez views are stunning from inside or out on the patio, and the location couldn't be better. Casa de Carolina is the perfect size for our small family, and we bring our dogs every time. We stay whenever we get the chance and I'm sure we'll keep coming back for many years.

Casa De Carolina had everything we needed, and we loved our stay from October 25 to the 30th 2021. A home cook brought us authentic Mexican dinners every night, which we really enjoyed.

I've stayed there many times over the past 5 years. One of the best rental houses in las conchas, well maintained, and the service is great when something comes up.

Omar is renting out property that he knows he has no legal right to rent. He only has a piece of paper from someone with no authority to be in that house. He knows better than to rent out the property. He's even stolen property from that house. I have legal proof of everything I'm saying. R.Fender
