A very nice condo community, with its own pool and lovely views.

The grounds are lovely and well kept, and we had a great time watching the sunset from the rooftop margarita decks with other friendly guests. The beach is just steps away, with people playing volleyball and lounging on the beautiful sand. The Malecón, fish markets, and restaurants are all within driving distance. We felt safe going through the gated entrance to our unit, near the guards for Las Conchas. The swimming pool was great too.

The sunset views from the rooftop margarita deck were spectacular, and there was happy hour there every night. Everyone here was so nice. Walking along the shore was incredible. We also walked to the Pitaya bar, where people were playing horseshoes and enjoying the ocean view. The beers were very cheap.

We had a pretty nice stay this weekend until we came back from the beach and found our money and some documents gone. The door was still locked, and there were no signs of forced entry. As far as I can tell, someone with a key to the condo took our things. The hosts showed little interest. One of them called once and then texted, but nobody came over to look into it or help us. I've never had an experience like this anywhere else in Peñasco. I don't recommend staying here, and I would never come back.
