The rooms are lovely and very clean, and the beach is about a quarter mile away. The RV storage is great too, with open, covered, and enclosed garage options. They can deliver your RV to any event park and set it up.

My husband, our two little kids, and I stayed one night. The room was clean, simple, and put together, just right for sleeping and showering. It was easy to find, quiet enough that we had no trouble sleeping, and away from the middle of the action. The beach and Malecon are both a five-minute drive away. Check-in around 5 pm was no problem, and checkout was at 2 pm. The price was perfect for what we got, so we’re coming back in a few months for our anniversary.

For about six years I lived here part time, roughly half the time, in my trailer. It’s secure, and I never had a problem. You’re protected from the salty sea mist, and the prices are reasonable compared with beachfront RV parks. There are apartments and units for rent, plus indoor and outdoor storage. A great place if you don’t need to be right on the beach.

We got lucky finding this cute, inexpensive place at the last minute over Labor Day weekend. The owners live on the property, there are cameras, and security didn’t seem to be a concern. Our parking spot was right in front of the room, so we could keep an eye on the car. Inside, it was cozy and clean, with good AC, a small fridge, and a sink we used as a bar. There was an extra bed we didn’t need, but the spare blankets came in handy. The Wi-Fi was pretty fast, and we watched Netflix in the room. It’s about five minutes from both the Malecon and El Mirador, and only three to five minutes from the main tourist spots. We paid $3 U.S. dollars for a taxi to either place, so don’t let the taxi guys scam you! We paid $100 a night for Labor Day weekend, and I’m sure it costs much less outside holidays. I loved this little spot and hope to come back soon.
