The beach is easy to get to, and the location is close to the city. I also like being able to rent a tent for the day instead of carrying one along.

Getting down the stairs to the beach wasn't my favorite, but the place was great and the stay was worth it.

You're just steps from the beach at Las Gaviotas, and every condo has an ocean view. The grounds have a large pool, a kiddie pool, a spa, and a shower area by the pools for rinsing off after the beach. It's a gated community with security monitoring it around the clock, and there's free Wi-Fi in the rooms and across the property. We highly recommend these condos for a stay in Rocky point.

I stayed in condo 436, and it was beautiful and clean. These condos sit right in the heart of rocky points main beach area, where you can enjoy bands, mangos, and Pina coladas. There are all kinds of vendors around who can help if something comes up. Just make sure you have fun.

Great for families or friends. The location, price, and easy access are all things I love, plus plenty more. Definitely going back 👍🏽👍🏽
