The location is great, and the rooms are about what you’d expect at an economy hotel. The rooms were sufficient, but the staff made this a hard pass for me. They were unfriendly, had bad attitudes, and offered no help. The management wasn’t kind either. Kids are working here. The breakfast buffet photos are misleading. Breakfast is available if you ask, but when you register they don’t explain how to get it. Asking for guidance made it feel like we were bothering them. Because of the staff and their poor service, I’d never come back.

We spent most of our time in PV here, and it had everything we needed for the price. The location was convenient, a very short walk to the beach, with bus stops nearby for trips or the airport and lots of restaurants close by. Our room was comfortable and had a heat pump for personal AC that we could control. Just make sure you know whether you’ve booked a room with a private or shared bathroom. The staff were kind, made tasty breakfast every day, and were helpful whenever we needed something.

For this price, it’s one of the best options around. Breakfast is included, and the location is right in the center. The rooms may not be very spacious or clean enough, and the main drawback is the noise from the nightclubs downstairs. UTMB participant approved.

The rooms don’t have TVs, but the WiFi is excellent, and each one has a potent AC that kept me comfortable on hot days. Some rooms have bathrooms and some don’t. There’s breakfast to start the day and reception around the clock, all in a safe spot right among the nightlife, fine dining, and street vendors. It’s a modest place, but a bargain for the location. I’d rate it 10 out of 10 for a few days in Vallarta. It was affordable enough that I extended my time in this beautiful city from five days to ten.

I stayed on the top floor and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and worked hard to make the stay pleasant. Breakfast was tasty, and the location was great.
