Avida 305 in Puerto Vallarta

I have a degree in building and designing homes, and this place looks pretty but was built horribly. Cracks run all over the walls, and pool tiles are falling off, with edges that could cut your foot. There's barely any water pressure, so be ready for a ten minute shower. The cabinets and countertops are cheap laminate, not even Ikea quality. I feel bad for anyone who got duped into buying a condo here. Run away.

The views over the ocean are hard to beat, and anyone who stays here seems to come back. This is a fancy residence in a modern building designed by a Canadian Architect. It stands where the old Vallarta cinema was, near so called “Cats Island,” on the way to Elisabeth Tailor’s Kimberly house, now a 4-stars hotel, and Iguana restaurant. There’s an infinity pool on the top floor, gazebos, entertainment rooms, and gourmet restaurants planned for the ground floor. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

My wife and I booked through air bnb, and what an incredible place. It was very clean and the pool was huge. Big thanks to Rodrigo, the bartender at the rooftop pool. We had great conversations, and his recommendations were great too. When we're back in PVR, we'll very likely stay here again, and hopefully see Rodrigo.

This condominium was the best choice. Excellent place, I'll be back.
