My family had a great time at the Sanctuary. The peaceful views, rooms, pool, and beach all made for a relaxing stay. Edson at the pool gave us exceptional service. We’ll be back!

We were staying at Garza Blanca and had access to the Sanctuary. I was impressed by the setup, the decor, the atmosphere, and the service. I can’t speak to the rooms, though they looked spacious and had HUGE balconies. The rooftop pool was exceptional and the service there was great; the lower Sanctuary pool felt relaxing. A new restaurant by the lower pool wasn’t operating yet. There was also a sports bar that looked great, and Hiroshi is now in this tower. We had fun there. I’d consider coming back for a relaxing trip or as a rewards trip with a group.

Miriam Eolson looked after us during a morning by the pool and was incredible. She seemed to know exactly what we wanted and when, and went beyond what we expected. The pool view was amazing, and the drinks were fantastic. Thanks for making our vacation such a great one. We had the BEST time and received the BEST service.

For a family trip in PV, this is the perfect place. There’s great food and plenty of choices to keep the kids happy. All the staff were great, and if you can request a butler, ask for Carlos Ramos in the sanctuary tower.

Gloria made our first hot pot experience with our little one easy and comfortable. She was patient, helpful, and took great care of us throughout. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and we had a wonderful time at Hiroshi.
